There is no budget limit; your only limit is the theme and your imagination.

Please note: NO GLITTER IS PERMITTED IN THE MODEL’S BODY OR HAIR AS THIS WILL RESULT IN INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION. (We are near very expensive motor vehicles and need to keep all product on the models and off the vehicles and showroom carpets)

Creative Make-Up must be primarily used on the Face but may also be used on the neck and chest.

Sponge or airbrush may apply this make up.

The emphasis is on CREATIVE MAKE UP, not Face Painting – Only 20% of PAINT on the face, is allowed.
